Rodd has more than thirty years of construction management experience worldwide. He is experienced in generating precise cost estimates with an exceptional track record of meeting budget and time targets. Prior to starting Pro-Cost, Rodd founded and was senior partner in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management firms in South Africa. Rodd also established a highly successful and profitable cost management firm in the USA prior to founding Pro-Cost.

Rodd holds internationally recognized degrees in construction management, estimating, arbitration, and business data processing. Rodd has also been a registered Quantity Surveyor since 1981. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the AACE International.
